Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, very close to Al Haram . The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised when they gave us a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Every detail was taken care of, and we truly felt at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely come back again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar. The hotel is perfect for anyone coming for Umrah — very convenient and just a short walk to the Haram. The staff were amazing ,friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with spacious and comfortable rooms that make you feel at home. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices — from traditional dishes to fresh and healthy options. Everything was tasty and well-prepared. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah, especially families.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. Upon my request, the staff kindly upgraded my room to one with a partial view of the Haram. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping was satisfactory. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. Ahad and his team were serving guests very nicely and with great attention to detail, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. I would also like to especially appreciate Reception Desk Manager Mr. Rajab Abdul Aziz, who always welcomed guests warmly and went above and beyond to ensure comfort. During our stay, my daughter was unwell with a high fever, and the team’s kindness truly stood out — they arranged in-room breakfast for her twice, and on one occasion, Mr. Rajab Abdul Aziz personally brought the breakfast to our room himself, which was an incredibly thoughtful and touching gesture.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Hilton Suites Makkah was nothing short of outstanding. We were warmly welcomed and treated with genuine care first by a true gentleman whose name I unfortunately did not get then by a wonderful lady named Renad Al Sharif, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Renad went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and special. Her warmth and attention started our journey in the most fabulous and memorable way. She truly embodies what exceptional hospitality is all about. A heartfelt thank you to the gentleman who initially welcomed us and to Renad, who is without a doubt a major asset to Hilton Suites Makkah. The hotel itself is immaculate, offering breathtaking views, seamless service, and an atmosphere of calm and luxury. It is people like Renad and I can’t forget the staff including managers running the restaurant who elevate the experience from excellent to unforgettable especially a gentleman by the name of Ahmed Rashid We are deeply grateful and look forward to returning soon.
