Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah

I recently stayed at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar in Makkah with my 65-year-old mother for a 3-day Umrah trip, and the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff showed remarkable hospitality and care, especially toward my elderly mother, which made our stay even more meaningful. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages—just a few minutes’ walk to the Haram, with easy access through escalators and shaded walkways. This made it incredibly convenient for us to attend prayers without any hassle, which was a huge relief, especially for my mother. Our suite was spacious, quiet, and very clean, with a beautiful view of the Holy Mosque. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance was peaceful—perfect for rest and spiritual reflection. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with options to suit all tastes. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist. Whether it was arranging a wheelchair, housekeeping requests, or simply answering questions, they were always helpful and respectful. I highly recommend Hilton Suites Jabal Omar to anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj, especially if you’re traveling with elderly family members. It truly added comfort and peace of mind to our spiritual journey.

I booked for my mother and she wanted to change her room and the reception person was VERY accommodating and Helpful and assisted her with a better room and with a better view despite it being fully booked during Ramadan and I really appreciate the reception helping my mother

Location is very good. We are happy to be upgraded so we get a partial view of the haram. The breakfast spread is also good with good service staff.

I have tried multiple hotels around the Haram, and this is the only hotel that I happily stayed in twice. I can confidently say that it is a perfect place to stay in. Starting with the reception staff who are always kind and welcoming, and special thanks to Mr. Mshari Al-Rhaili who treated us with unparalleled kindness and care. Moving to the restaurant starf who are also very helpful and would happily assist you without even asking for their help, in addition to a great variety of food. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Lastly, the place of the hotel and the distance to AlHaram is perfect and extremely near. A perfect stay, very happy to recommend it.

The location is exceptional, really close to Gate 79. The partial view of Haram is spectacular. The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly looking after the comfort of the guests at arrival. No long time of wait at the elevators hall. The room and the bathroom is large enough and clean. The clerks are always there willing to help.
