The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. Special thanks to Ahsan Ullah from the cleaning staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He ensured our room was always stocked with essentials like fresh towels, clean sheets, additional toiletries, and was always thorough in his work. Additionally, the bellman was incredibly helpful, arranging a taxi for us and loading our luggage with care. The location is unbeatable — the hotel is literally right next to Masjid al-Haram, so it only takes a few minutes to walk over, making it incredibly convenient, especially for prayer times. There’s also a shopping center right below the hotel, which makes it easy to grab a meal or pick up gifts and essentials during your stay.

Nice clean hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Location is really good as its close to the mosque. Haram view didn't mean view of the kaaba but we could see a very pretty side of the mosque though from our suite. Staff is very polite and helpful. There is a mosque at two different levels for men and women within the hotel building. We even get to hear azaan and the whole prayer within the room. You can turn volume up or down. There is a huge mall within the hotel premise and various food courts. We had a kebab rocket roll at one of the schwarma places to the right of McDonald's within this mall and it was the best ever. We didn't feel the need to go to the clock tower mall as this mall had almost all we wanted.

wonderful hotel with beautiful clean facilities and cheery staff ready to do anything to make your stay more comfortable. we arrived 4-5 hours before check in due to an early flight and they were very accommodating. special shout out to Muntaha who helped us out a lot during check in and ensured we got an upgraded room at a very fair price. would strongly recommend this hotel to any and all travellers, amazing breakfast and very close proximity to haram, especially gates 74 and 79. also has an amazing shopping centre on the ground level with a great food court. the Athan and prayer is broadcasted in every room so you can pray along with the Jamaa from within your room.

Checkin in was very easy. Special mention to Dunya who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Communication with her was very easy and clear. Even though we were on the top floor, we had no issues with lifts and having to wait too long. There was a bank of 6 lifts available, so little to no waiting time. The location was excellent, easy to get to the Haram and the gates required. There is a mall attached to the hotel, which has a supermarket, retail shops and a food court with many options. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with 2 baths and a lounge. Was very spacious. Cleaners were also very attentive to needs and handled all requests promptly.

Apologies in advance for any spelling mistakes of names Housekeeping Shahadat Hossain Reception desk: khulut (lady that checked us in) , khairiyyah, and two others that I didn’t catch the names of. Restaurant: Salah, his manager Mustafa. Also had guest relations checking with us to see if all was well. Room was ready for us prior to the published check in times, check out was also relaxed. All in all very very good service and standard of the hotel was fantastic. My children really liked the hotel and facilities too. Look forward to coming back again soon.
